The attendance dashboard provides a comprehensive view of church attendance patterns, participation in activities, and demographic information.
Summary Statistics Cards
Attendance Metrics:
- Total Attendance: The total number of people who attended events during the selected period
- Average Weekly: The average number of attendees per week
- First Time Visitors: Number of first-time visitors recorded during headcounts
- Guests with Details: Number of guests who provided their contact information
Guest Statistics
- Total Guests: Combined total of first-time visitors and guests with details
- Return Interest Rate: Percentage of guests with contact information who expressed interest in returning
Attendance Trends Chart
This line chart shows attendance patterns over time with three key metrics:
- Total Attendance (Teal): Total number of people present
- Members (Blue): Number of registered church members attending
- Guests (Pink): Number of visitors/guests
Activity Participation Metrics
Detailed participation information for each church activity:
- Average Attendance (Teal): Typical number of participants per session
- Unique Participants (Blue): Total number of different individuals involved
- Regular (>4 visits) (Purple)
- Occasional (2-4 visits) (Yellow)
- One Time (Pink)
